The Design phase is of great significance: during this phase, full structure of the educational programs, learning units, time schedule, digital material that is needed etc are determined. At this point must be decided, which of the above forms and tools should be used in each specific case, in what manner, to what extent etc. All of the above factors must be researched and determined initially, during the Design phase.
